美正拟定禁止接收关键工具的中国先进芯片制造工厂名单，外交部：坚决反对

3月29日讯，外交部发言人林剑表示，美方在科技领域对华封锁限制，制裁打压中国企业，妄图遏制中国发展，严重损害中国企业的正当权益，严重违反市场经济原则，严重破坏国际贸易规则，严重损害全球产业链供应链稳定，中方一贯坚决反对。林剑指出，我们敦促美方立即纠正错误，停止对中国企业实施非法单边制裁和长臂管辖。中方将继续密切关注有关动向，坚决维护中国企业合法权益。
