7月2日消息，DIN（原身为波卡生态数据分析平台 Web3Go）创始人 Harold 于 X 发文表示，同意 Manta Network 联合创始人 Victor Ji 的观点，作为一个亚洲人主导的项目，在波卡生态中进行建设相当困难。
Harold 补充表示：“你需要面对和解决很多额外的问题，比如政治、关系、小圈子。我记得 2023 年在香港举行的 Web3 活动，波卡当时没有举办任何官方活动，所以我代表社区申请了 10000 美元的资助。申请过程太痛苦了，报告要求太繁琐了，我不想再经历一次。但与此同时，我看到很多来自欧美的项目轻轻松松就拿到了几十万甚至几百万美元的资助，这很不公平。”
