Suspected Ethereum Foundation address exchanged 100 ETH for about 344,000 DAI

According to Arkham's monitoring, the suspected Ethereum Foundation address (0xd7... c1f4) sold 100 ETH for 343,934 DAI through the Cow Protocol at 16:48 today, and then transferred 200,000 DAI to another Ethereum Foundation address (starting with 0x50), and 143,934 DAI to Gnosis Safe Proxy.
