据 Arkham 监测，疑似以太坊基金会地址（0xd7...c1f4）今日 16：48 通过 Cow Protocol 将 100 枚 ETH 出售兑换为 343934 枚 DAI，随后向另一以太坊基金会地址（0x50 开头）转入 20 万枚 DAI，并向 Gnosis Safe Proxy 转入 143934 枚 DAI。
