On March 29th, the BitVM paradigm based Bitcoin Layer2 infrastructure project Bitlayer announced the launch of a $50 million ecological incentive plan to promote the development of its main network ecosystem. The registration for the first phase of the incentive program called "Ready Player One" starts at 09:00 UTC on March 29, 2024 and ends at 09:00 UTC on April 29, 2024.
