The Alliance for Artificial Super Intelligence (ASI), which includes SingularityNET, Fetch.ai and Ocean Protocol, today announced the launch of a multi-currency merger to form a unified token.
Today, SingularityNET (AGIX) and Ocean Protocol (OCEAN) tokens are merged into FET. The migration platform on the SingularityDAO dapp is open.
Phase 2 will focus on community onboarding and ASI deployment, prioritizing self-custodial holders and deploying ASI tokens across multiple chains. The transition process involves setting up new migration contracts for AGIX and OCEAN tokens that have not yet been converted to FETs and EVM-based FETs. During the mainnet upgrade of Fetch.ai, all FET mainnet tokens will be automatically converted to ASI. The migration contract will be open for several years to ensure sufficient time for all conversions.
