上海即将实行按价格限购政策？上海房产交易中心：限购政策目前并未调整

3月29日讯，日前有市场传闻称，上海即将实行按价格限购政策，一手房单价10万元/平方米以下且总价1440万元以下，二手房单价8万元/平方米以下且总价1152万以下住房将不再实行限购政策，不再审核购房者购房资格，政策最快将从4月1日起开始实行。对此传闻，上海市房产交易中心相关工作人员表示，目前上海限购政策并未调整，仍按原政策执行。
