Bank of Communications and Jiushi Group have jointly launched the "Ride Code", a digital RMB app in Shanghai. According to reports, through this code, residents in Shanghai can use their personal coin wallet to pay for transportation expenses when taking buses, ferries and other means of transportation, which will make Shanghai the first city to be able to achieve "Digital Currency Ride Code" one-yard traffic. According to the arrangement, currently, all buses and ferries in Shanghai will be taken first on June 28, and all transportation means in Shanghai such as subway and magnetic levitation are expected to be realized in October.
