十四届全国人大常委会第十次会议6月28日表决通过《中华人民共和国农村集体经济组织法》，自2025年5月1日起施行。农村集体经济组织法明确规定，国家保护农村集体经济组织及其成员的合法权益，任何组织和个人不得侵犯。国家通过财政、税收、金融、土地、人才以及产业政策等扶持措施，促进农村集体经济组织发展，壮大新型农村集体经济。
