The School of Decision Sciences of Hang Seng University has successfully developed the first online and offline meta-universe intelligent exhibition management system in Hong Kong, combining technologies such as generative artificial intelligence (GenAI) and indoor location service (IPS). The system has been applied to the Cyberport Digital Economy Summit. In response to network and personal data security issues, the system uses Web 3.0 and blockchain technology to create a secure network application meta-universe exhibition world, making it convenient for anyone to use their devices to enter the virtual exhibition venue at any time, while enhancing the security of personal data.
