According to Bitcoin News, Cleanspark will acquire bitcoin miner GRIID for $155 million and plans to expand beyond 400 trillion watts in Tennessee. Under the merger agreement, CleanSpark will purchase all of GRIID's common stock through an all-stock transaction, while GRIID shareholders will receive CleanSpark shares.
