首尔高等法院作出有利于Fantom基金会的判决，起诉SikSin首席执行官

首尔高等法院民事庭由三名法官组成的合议庭以19比3裁定Fantom基金会（"被告 "或 "Fantom"）对韩国食品技术初创公司 SikSin 和 SikSin 的首席执行官 Byung-Ik Ahn（"Ahn"，SikSin 和 Ahn 合称 "原告"）胜诉、 SikSin 和安秉益统称为 "原告"）的诉讼，推翻了首尔中央地方法院的一审判决（该判决同意原告要求 Fantom 全额支付超过 1.98 亿 FTM 的救济金），驳回了原告要求的所有救济金，并由原告承担所有诉讼费用。首尔高等法院是覆盖韩国首尔、京畿道和江原道全境的上诉法院。
