据财新网披露，2023年6月1日起，香港虚拟资产交易平台发牌制度正式生效，针对非持牌存量平台为期一年的过渡期也已于2024年5月31日届满。然而，记者6月26日实测发现以香港身份证登记的非持牌平台，依然可以凭存量资金进行交易。
