Gold Ten Futures, June 26, according to the oilseed crushing data released by the Canadian Oilseed Processors Association (COPA), in May 2024, Canadian soybean crushing volume was 154,048.0 tons, an increase of 4.49% month-on-month; soybean oil production was 28,059.0 tons, an increase of 4.82% month-on-month; soybean meal production was 119745.0 tons, an increase of 4.73% month-on-month. Canada's oilseed crushing crop year is August and July of the following year.
