Citi: Raises Nvidia's target price to $150

Citi analyst Atif Malik maintained his "buy" rating on Nvidia, raising his price target to $150 from $126. While the main Cloud as a Service provider accounts for about 40% of Nvidia's data center business sales, enterprise artificial intelligence assistants (AIAgents) are the next wave of artificial intelligence, especially in inference, analysts noted. In addition, analysts said Nvidia plans to produce GB200NVL72 and GB200NVL36 server cabinets in 2025.
