Bakkt 在周三发文宣布，纽约证券交易所发布通知称“该公司不符合纽约证券交易所上市公司手册第 802.1 C 条的规定。因为截至 2024 年 3 月 12 日，该公司 A 类普通股的平均收盘价在连续 30 天交易期内低于每股 1.00 美元。该通知并不会立即导致其普通股在纽约证券交易所摘牌”。
3 月 13 日，Bakkt 通知纽约证券交易所，其打算解决其股价不足 1 美元的问题并恢复符合纽约证券交易所的继续上市标准。
