据韩国《每日经济新闻》报道，三星三季度将把动态随机存储器 (DRAM) 和NAND的价格上调15-20%。由于人工智能（AI）需求激增，内存安全竞争加剧，预计三星电子下半年业绩将有所改善。据业内人士26日消息，证实三星电子近期已向包括戴尔科技和惠普(HPE)在内的主要客户通报了这一涨价计划。
