Transfer 523 MKRs from Maker's multi signed address to Wintermute OTC

According to Spot On Chain monitoring, Maker's multi signed address 0xbba transferred 523 MKRs ($1.92 million) to Wintermute OTC for $3664 approximately 2 hours ago. Since March 17th, it has transferred 2918 MKRs ($9.28 million) to Wintermute OTC for approximately $3179. The address currently holds 28053 MKRs (102 million US dollars).
