South Korean Delio CEO admits to failing to protect users' principal, faces criminal charges

Jung Sang-ho, former chief executive of Delio, which collapsed last year and owed about 250 billion won ($181 million), admitted in court that users were not "guaranteed principal" when they transferred assets to the platform. Prosecutors charged him with fraud, embezzlement and breach of trust.
