Australian cryptocurrency firm NGS Crypto has changed its name to "Hiddup" amid ongoing investigations and legal action by the Australian Securities and Investments Commission (ASIC). NGS Crypto claims they are rebranding due to a trademark dispute.
In addition, ASIC alleged that NGS Crypto and its affiliates provided financial services without holding an Australian financial services license for an amount of approximately 61 million AUD (approximately 41 million USD).
