Japanese-listed company Metaplanet said on the X platform that it established a wholly owned subsidiary in the British Virgin Islands to strengthen strategic BTC management. Previously, Metaplanet's directors had approved a plan to buy bitcoin worth about 6.25 million dollars (1 billion yen).
