此前消息，MicroStrategy 完成 8 亿美元可转换优先票据发行，并在 2 月 26 日至 3 月 10 日期间以 8.217 亿美元购入 12000 枚比特币，每个比特币的平均价格为 68477 美元。截止 3 月 10 日，MicroStrategy 及其子公司总共持有约 205,000 枚比特币，总购买价为 68.1 亿美元，平均每个比特币购买价为 33,706 美元。
