The Solana Eco-Wallet Phantom has announced that its wallet now supports BTC and will launch the first Ordinal Mint event on the Gamma Market on Thursday, June 27 at 12 noon EST (through Monday, July 1). The event is free, only Bitcoin network fees are required, and artwork will be revealed at the event.
Users are advised to keep $10-20 in BTC in their Native Segwit address (starting with bc1q) to cover network fees. Native Segwit is the default bitcoin address for Phantom wallets and will be used as a payment address in Gamma.
Phantom has announced that its wallet now supports BTC.
