A股IPO调节奏持续投行人员冗余 部分券商加大境外业务联动“服务”企业赴港上市

6月24日讯，记者从券商处了解到，为了实现降低券商投行冗余成本、改善投行业绩、提高保代收入的多重目的，以头部券商为主的拥有境外子公司的部分券商正在加大海外业务布局力度。与过去内资投行保代将项目对接给境外子公司后几乎不再插手不同，其正在尝试更多地参与到项目之中。背后原因主要有二：分得更多收入；境外子公司人手有限，A股IPO人员冗余。
