比特币矿商Riot要求召开 Bitfarms 股东特别会议，并提名三名高素质的独立董事，以对 Bitfarms 董事会进行急需的变更。
此前报道，Riot Platform表示，它以每股约2.7美元的价格收购了另外1,432,063股Bitfarms股票，约合387万美元。Riot目前持有Bitfarms 5762万股股份，约占14%。
