6月21日讯，农业农村部办公厅发布关于稳定肉牛生产发展的通知，今年以来，活牛和牛肉价格持续下跌，养殖场户普遍亏损，生产经营压力加大。为稳定肉牛基础产能，帮助养殖场户渡过难关，各地要组织落实好基础母牛扩群提质、粮改饲、牧区畜牧良种补贴、草原生态保护补助奖励、草原畜牧业转型升级等政策项目；各地要因地制宜发展人工种草，充分挖掘耕地、盐碱地、滩地、草山草坡、撂荒地、农闲田等土地资源种草潜力，增加肉牛养殖饲草供应。
