海口中院：3人诱骗180余人购买上千万元“维卡币”犯集资诈骗罪获刑

据海口市中级人民法院消息，近日，海口中院二审作出维持一审判决，以犯集资诈骗罪判处刘某言、黄某枝、刘某瑞3人有期徒刑13年至3年不等并处罚金，相关人员利用帮助客户调理身体、出售量子产品的机会，大力宣传“维卡币”是第二代虚拟货币，以高回报为诱饵，通过众筹、直接出售等方式吸收180余人投资1662万余元。
