Golden Ten Futures, June 21, according to foreign media reports, Emater said in a report on Thursday that the soybean harvest in the Brazilian state of Rio Grande do Sul is "technically complete", noting that only in the southern and Campania regions, producers are still harvesting late-ripening soybeans. According to data released by Emater, the last stage of the soybean harvest in Rio Grande do Sul was hit by floods, and the state lost more than 2.7 million tons of soybean output. The quality of soybean crops that were not harvested on the farmland at that time was also affected. Earlier this month, Emater lowered its estimate for the state's soybean production from 22.24 million tons in March to 19.53 million tons.
