6月21日讯，商汤(00020.HK)在港交所公告，根据一般授权配售新B类股份。于2024年6月21日（交易时段前），本公司与配售代理订立配售协议，据此，配售代理已有条件及个别同意尽力促使不少于六名承配人购买16.73亿股配售股份，每股配售价为1.20港元。较最新收盘价折价9.1%。所筹总额约为20.08亿港元。
