据官方消息，MicroStrategy以2.25%票面利率和35%转换溢价完成8亿美元可转换票据发行，其中包括根据购买协议授予初始购买者的购买选择权发行的1亿美元票据，购买选择权在票据首次发行之日起13天内授予初始购买者，初始购买者于2024年6月17日全部行使，额外购买于2024年6月18日完成。
