6月20日消息，全球信用评级机构穆迪评级公司（Moody's Ratings）已将A-bf债券基金评级授予发行OpenEden代币化美国TBILL的受监管基金Hill Lights International Limited。
该评级将OpenEden的TBILL代币列入投资级质量类别。根据穆迪的《评级与符号定义》，被评为A级的货币市场基金和债券基金，被认为具有许多有利的投资价值、投资特征，是中上质量的投资工具。
