Nate Geraci, president of The ETF Store, posted on social media that there will be a large number of spot ETH ETF S-1 amendments today and tomorrow. According to yesterday's Bitwise filing, the SEC does not seem to have anything of concern to address/comment on. I still intend to launch before July 4th.
Also, it wouldn't be surprising if one or two more issuers apply to merge the spot BTC and ETH ETFs next week or so.
