Bitcoin staking protocol Babylon posted on the X platform that Chapter 3 of testnet 4 has been launched. Previously, according to community feedback, a fee adjustment function was introduced in the staking page, allowing custom transaction fees to increase the chance of inclusion in Signet blocks.
Note: Previously, due to network congestion in Babylon, gas-deficient transactions could not be included in the block.
