On June 19, Pan Gongsheng, Governor of the People's Bank of China, said at the Lujiazui Forum today that for some unreasonable market behaviors that are easy to reduce the transmission of monetary policy, we will strengthen norms, including promoting balanced credit delivery, governing and preventing idling of funds, and rectifying manual interest payments. In the short term, these measures to regulate market behavior will have a "water squeeze" effect on the financial aggregate data, but it does not mean a change in the stance of monetary policy, but is more conducive to improving the transmission efficiency of monetary policy. It is conducive to balancing the pace of credit growth, alleviating the distortion of resource allocation, reducing idling arbitrage, and preventing and resolving financial risks. It is conducive to the healthy development of financial high-quality services, economic and social development, and Financial Institution Groups and financial marekts. (Financial front line)
