According to market news, SBF's trial is currently underway, and SBF stated in court: "Alameda can remain bankrupt, FTX can also remain bankrupt, Alameda's earnings have been lost, its leverage ratio has exceeded its due level, and it has to be liquidated to cope with FTX's run.
