On June 19, according to official news, Flow released an update on the testnet migration: While preparing for the upcoming Crescendo testnet upgrade, we discovered that a core smart contract, FiatToken, has not been upgraded for the Cadence 1.0 migration. FiatToken is a key dependency affecting hundreds of contracts.
In order to avoid disruptions that rely on smart contracts and improve the developer experience for builders on Flow, the testnet upgrade has been temporarily postponed while we work with contract owners to upgrade. Once a clear roadmap and timeline are in place, the community will be informed in a timely manner.
