Global Ethereum ETP outperformed Bitcoin ETP in the past week

Global Ethereum exchange-traded products (ETPs) have outperformed Bitcoin ETPs in the past week ahead of the expected July 2 launch of the first Ethereum spot ETF in the United States. The data showed that Ethereum ETPs had net inflows totaling 86,472 ETH for four consecutive weeks, while Bitcoin ETPs had net outflows of 12,523 BTC. Matt Hougan, chief investment officer at Bitwise, noted that investors should consider diversifying their allocations and adding Ethereum spot ETFs to capture more blockchain use cases. Eight companies, including BlackRock and Fidelity, are expected to push the listing application of the Ethereum spot ETF through final approval.
