David Hirsch, a senior member of the Securities Exchange Commission's crypto watchdog, posted on LinkedIn on Monday that he had left his post.
Hirsch previously served as the head of the Crypto Assets and Cyber Division of the Securities Exchange Commission's Enforcement Division.
David Hirsch said in the post that last Friday was the last day of my nearly nine years at the SEC. I am particularly proud of the historic work done by the Crypto Assets and Cyber Division team I have had the privilege to lead.
