Hongkong Land Holdings (H78) reported first-half results for the six months ended June 2026, with underlying profit rising 11% year on year to $259 million and profit attributable to shareholders surging 4.7 times to $1.259 billion, according to Ming Pao.

The group proposed an interim dividend of 8 US cents per share, up 33.3% from a year earlier, as it benefited from a recovery in office rents.
