Former SNF head Lisa Loud has published a draft proposal for a new entity to take over Secret L1 after Secret Labs exits and to restructure the token economy through a one-time large-scale token issuance. According to Odaily, the plan would use diluted issuance without migrating the chain or removing any holders, distributing newly minted tokens to the new entity, validators, cross-chain relayers, developers, and victims of bridge hacks, while adding protocol-level taxes to fund development and infrastructure. The example plan shows the old supply diluted to 20%.
