Luxury car brand Lotus has signed a memorandum of understanding with Starroad Technology and FOMO Pay to cooperate on technology in asset issuance, tokenization, and distribution, and to develop a compliant digital asset payment services operating model. According to Foresight News, the three parties also plan to explore compliance-focused Web3 ecosystem integration and innovative tokenomics models.
