Badger votes on grant program and two proposals to convert 50% of wBTC liquidity to eBTC

Badger announced that 2 proposals have been voted on, one of which allows the treasury to now have the right to transfer up to 50% of the liquidity controlled by the treasury (TCL) from BADGER/wBTC to BADGER/eBTC; the other proposal approves the Badger grant program, the proposal said that the $250,000 grant program will be launched in the second half of 2024 to expand the product range and attract new contributors.
