Argyle Street Management (ASM) has raised its offer price to HK$0.55 per share for the partial takeover of long-suspended Green Tech Technology (0195), involving 230 million shares, and issued a shareholder circular earlier than expected, according to Ming Pao.
ASM said the partial offer will begin on Wednesday and that the final deadline for acceptance is 4:00 PM on August 26.
