GSK Plc plans annual savings of £1.9 billion by 2029 as its new chief executive seeks to boost research and development spending, according to Bloomberg.
The drugmaker said the cost cuts will help fund a bigger pipeline investment as it looks to replace revenue from an HIV medicine facing patent expiry.
