British proptech startup Dwelly said it has completed a $170 million financing round to acquire more real estate businesses and bring artificial intelligence into its operations. According to ChainCatcher, the financing included $95 million in equity and a $75 million debt facility from Trinity Capital.
EQT Growth and General Catalyst led the round. The company did not disclose a valuation.
