据明报报道，中国商务部世界贸易组织司司长韩勇今日表示，中国严格遵守世贸组织规则，致力于建立符合国际惯例的财政补贴体系。
他称，中国多年持续提升补贴的合规性、科学性和透明度，不断规范和完善相关政策，并对部分地方的不当补贴进行清理和规范，研究建立统一的地方财政补贴负面清单管理机制。
