SK海力士下半年量产LPDDR6

据 ChainCatcher 报道，SK海力士宣布将于今年下半年正式量产16Gb LPDDR6低功耗移动DRAM，首批产品将搭载于小米下一代旗舰智能手机。该产品于3月完成开发，采用10nm级第六代（1c）工艺。SK海力士自2013年起向小米供应LPDDR产品，双方长期保持合作。
