COFCO Industrial Investment Raises Registered Capital 53% To RMB 4.603 Billion

China's COFCO Industrial Investment Co. recently completed a business registration change that lifted its registered capital from RMB 3.003 billion to RMB 4.603 billion, an increase of about 53%, according to 36Kr. The company was established in June 2023, has legal representative Wang Jixue, and is wholly owned by COFCO Group.
