泓淋电力控股股东拟增持至1亿元

据界面新闻报道，泓淋电力公告称，控股股东威海市明博线缆科技有限公司拟将增持金额上调至不低于5000万元、不超过1亿元，原计划为不低于2000万元、不超过4000万元。除金额调整外，其余安排不变，增持期仍为自2026年7月13日起6个月内，通过集中竞价或大宗交易等方式实施，不设价格区间，资金来源包括自有资金、自筹资金与股份增持专项贷款相结合。
