Rachel Busch has joined stablecoin payments blockchain Tempo to lead communications. According to ChainCatcher, she previously served as senior manager of corporate communications at Circle and said she helped tell the story of USDC and the internet financial system during her time there. Busch said she will continue working on the global stablecoin narrative.
According to RootData, Tempo is a high-performance Layer 1 blockchain developed by Stripe and Paradigm for payment use cases. It supports major stablecoins, launched mainnet in March 2026, and raised $500 million in Series A funding in October 2025 at a $5 billion valuation.
